Vacancy pages (the pages linked from LinkedIn posts) do not use cookies, do not track individual visitors, and do not collect or store any personal data: no names, no emails, no IP addresses, no CVs. Applying for a role always happens directly on the employer's own official website.
Each vacancy page counts two things, anonymously: how many times the page was viewed, and how many times the "Apply on the Employer's Official Site" button was clicked. These are simple numeric totals per vacancy, with no link to any individual visitor. This data is used only to report engagement on a vacancy to the hiring agency, for example "142 engineers viewed this role and 38 clicked through to apply."
If you are a recruitment agency and submit the contact form on the main site, we collect what you enter: name, agency name, work email, roles to fill, and an optional message. This is used solely to respond to your partnership inquiry and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.
